Twin Streams offers 100 campsites with fire rings along the Gauley River and Panther Creek. Situated near the banks of the Gauley River and Panther Creek, tents and campers are welcome. (Please note that we have no dumping station or electric hook ups.) Our campground has been designed to offer the best possible conveniences in a natural setting. Our committment is to the "natural" camping experience.
Twin Streams Campground includes:
- Water (Handicapped Accessible)
- Restrooms (Handicapped Accessible)
- Volleyball Court
- Basketball Court
- Horseshoe Courts (Men and Women sites)
- 24 Hour Recreation Area Assistance
- Overlook Deck on Gauley River with seating. (Handicapped Accessible)
- A Heliport for individual customers and for emergency health use.
- Recreational Equipment Rentals.
- Paved Entrance Road
Other on-site activities: - Wagon Rides along the Gauley River can be scheduled by appointment in advance.
- Walking Trails along Gauley River and Panther Creek. Fishing is also allowed.
- 16 miles of Hiking, Biking, and Cross-country trails along Gauley River.
- Lots along Gauley River are for rent by day, week, month or year
Groups
Twin Streams Recreation Area is Great for Educational Field Trips, Nature Tours,
Seminars, Corporate Outings, Reunions and even Weddings.
For Large Groups we offer:
Picnic Area and Covered Shelter is available for all occasions.
- Picnic area includes grills, tables, and seating for ninety people with restrooms and water nearby. (Handicapped Accessible)
Food Services (Ordered in advance):
- Catering Services for all Occasions and all type of meals
Parking
- Parking accommodations for a least 150 vehicles. Buses also welcome.
