Race Course Description:
Swim: 0.5 miles in Summit Lake

Bike: 17.1 miles from Summit Lake to Cranberry Mountain Nature Center on State Rt. 39/55 (Hard Surface Road with Hills.)

Run: 6.2 miles total 3.1 miles back to Cranberry Glades and 3.1 miles back to Cranberry Mtn. Nature Center. (Rolling Terrain.)

RACE REGISTRATION:

Saturday, July 8th - 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. at 1st United Methodist Church, Oakford Ave., Richwood.
Sunday, July 9th, 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at Summit Lake.
Orientation at 9:30 a.m. Everyone must attend.

Directions:
Summit Lake is approximately 8 miles East of Richwood, WV on Route 39/55.

$35.00 Pre-Registered (by June 30) - USA Triathlon members with valid card. (For USA Triathlon membership applications call 1-800-TRI-1USA.)
$40.00 Pre-Registered Non USA Triathlon members (by June 30).
$50.00 Day of Race (July 8-9) for members and non-members.
Team:
$90 Pre-Registered (by June 30)
$105 Day of Race (July 8-9)

Entry fee includes T-Shirt, Pasta Dinner and Cookout.

• If you are arriving early and wish to bike or run through the course, you may do so. However, No Swimming is allowed in Summit Lake. Swimming is permitted on Sunday, for this special event only.
• Flotation Devices may be used in the swim portion of the race.
• Helmets are Required for the bike portion of the race.
• Shuttle service will be provided back to Summit Lake for participants who need it.
• Refreshment provided at Cranberry Nature Center for race participants.
• Parking lot and restrooms available at Summit Lake and Cranberry Nature Center.
